Through my previous roles as a senior manager at Creative Scotland leading and delivering two national programmes on behalf of the Scottish Government; local authority arts development officer; lecturer; workshop facilitator; and arts practitioner I have gained a wide range of experience from ‘coal-face’ delivery to policy making, strategic planning and delivery.
